However, this strong energy wave does not cause the light that is in motion at that moment to expand faster and thus the speed of the expanding light that is in motion at that moment does not accelerate in the same proportion as the momentarily faster expanding matter expands.

Naturally, the situation will of course be restored because all expanding light consists of the expanding energy that the expanding nuclei of atoms circulate among themselves.

All quarks expanding in space are constantly controlling each other’s expansion rate by means of the expanding repulsive force they circulate among themselves.

If an expanding quark momentarily expands faster than the others, it becomes less dense than the others and thus more of this recycled expanding pushing force is pushed through it than through other expanding quarks, until the situation recovers and it starts absorbing as much expanding pushing force as the other expanding quarks.
