This time as a guest Shaman Benjamin. First off sorry that I messed up the audio quality a bit toward the end of the episode, but hopefully it won’t take too much enjoyment out of the enjoyment of this episode.

In this episode we talked about shamanism, psychedelic substances or what has more traditionally also been called as plant medicine.

️Please note that I don’t personally recommend you to take or experiment with any of these substances or plant medicines and if you do decide to experiment with them please make sure to do it in a responsible way in a proper time and place, having checked the legalities involved in consuming such substances and taking all necessary precaution and to have a proper guidance in place. You should not take this episode as any kind of promotion and especially a promotion of careless use of such substances.

At the same time the current scientific studies and findings seem to show potential for therapeutic use of some of these substances and the history of shamanism and the context of how these plant medicines have been used in indigenous cultures for at least hundreds of years in my opinion makes it a very interesting subject to study.

With that said, Benjamin has been studying and practising the use of plant medicines now for over 14 years. In this episode you will hear more about his journey literally and figuratively in to the secrets of the jungle and what he has learned from it.
